大人ニキビに悩む人がいま昔よりも増えているといわれています。
なぜこれほどまでに大人ニキビに悩む人の数が増えたのか、その理由は色々とあるといわれています。
理由を紹介する前に大人ニキビとは何か調べてみたので紹介したいと思います。
ニキビと言えば、思春期にできるというイメージを持っていた人も多いと思います。
思春期を過ぎてから出来るニキビのことを吹き出物という呼び方で呼ぶこともあったのですが、ここ数年吹き出物とは言わずに大人になってから出来るニキビのことを大人ニキビと呼ばれてるみたいです。
大人ニキビというのも思春期にできるニキビ同様にして、脂っこい部分やべたつく場所などに出来やすいとされています。
種類も思春期のニキビ同様に、色々な種類があります。
例えば大人ニキビの種類として代表的なものが白い膿をもっているニキビです。油の塊のような芯があり、少し押すと痛みを感じることもあると思います。
この大人ニキビを無理やり爪で潰すという人も中にはいるようですが、肌を傷つけてしまいますから、無理やりつぶしてはいけません。
そして大人ニキビとしては、他にも赤いいにびや黒いニキビなどもあります。もともとは同じニキビでしたが、症状の重症具合によって色が変化していくようです。
これらの大人ニキビができる原因としてはストレスが原因であったり、不規則な日常生活が原因とも言われていますし、また栄養が偏った食事を食べていることで大人ニキビができるとも言われてるみたいです。
